Practical Information

When?

The conference will take place from Monday, May 26th to Wednesday, May 28th, 2025.

  • Registration desk: Opens at 10:00 AM on Monday, May 26th.
  • Closing time: The event will conclude at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, May 28th.

Where?

The conference will be held in the heart of Paris at Sorbonne University, Campus des Cordeliers in the Farabeuf Amphitheatre.

Address: Access the venue through the entrance located at 15 Rue de l'École de Médecine (see the map below for details).

The venue is easily accessible by public transportation:

  • Métro: Lines 4 or 10 (Odéon station)
  • RER B: Saint-Michel or Luxembourg stations
  • RER C: Saint-Michel station
  • Bus: Lines 38, 27, or 58 (stops: Rue des Écoles or Odéon)

Registration Fees

Registration is free for Master’s students, PhD students, postdocs, and technical staff. A registration fee of €40 applies to researchers, professors, and industry professionals.

Note: Registration is mandatory for all participants, including those eligible for free registration.

The registration includes:

  • Lunch on all three days of the conference (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
  • A cocktail dinner on Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM.

Bank information for payment: Payment must be done via bank transfer. Bank account information will be provided at the end of the registration process for those subject to the €40 registration fee. When making the transfer, please include the participant’s name in the payment reference, using the format: "Name-MFP". This is essential for us to correctly identify your payment.

A payment receipt will be available at the registration desk on the first day of the conference.

Please ensure that the payment is received no later than May 15th, 2025. Failure to complete the payment by this deadline will result in the cancellation of your registration.
